I am a Senior Specialist in Reporting and Analytics with over five years of experience in business analysis, key performance indicator management and reporting development. I have been working at Western Union for the past 5 years, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of in different roles and currently supply insights to the executive team, organization leaders, and operational leaders. I have been able to revamp the reporting status of the organization while developing solutions to ease the decision making, ensuring the correct documentation of the data used, mapping data across databases and story-telling with the data that is easy to understand and focused on the analysis of the operation. I have worked with data languages such as SQL, DAX, VBA, and data platforms such as Snowflake, Hadoop and Salesforce, this gave me the skills necessary to model data across platforms and develop reports or dashboard on Tableau, Power BI or Excel based on the need of company.
